Description Of Duchess Of Sin:

Blonde and beautiful Lady Anna Blacknall is in the mood for mischief. Entering Dublin's most notorious den of vice, she finds herself in the arms of a mysterious, emerald-eyed Irishman. And although he is masked, his tender kiss is hauntingly familiar.

Conlan McTeer, Duke of Adair, has come to Dublin to fight for a free Ireland. But he's suddenly reunited with the young Englishwoman who had once claimed his heart, and his passion turns from politics to pleasure. When their sizzling encounter brings danger to Anna's door, she must decide where her loyalties lie-and quickly. For someone will do whatever it takes to destroy Conlan . . . and anyone he dares to love.

About The Author:

LAUREL McKEE lives in Oklahoma with a menagerie of two cats, a Pug, and a bossy miniature poodle. She loves dance classes, collecting cheesy travel souvenirs, and watching the Food Network-even though she doesn't cook. Writing as Amanda McCabe, her books have been nominated for many awards, including the RITA Award, the Romantic Times BOOKReviews Reviewers' Choice Award, the Booksellers Best, the National Readers Choice Award, and the Holt Medallion.

My Thoughts:

Duchess of Sin is Book 2 of the Daughters of Erin Series. I was lucky enough to win a copy of the 1st book in the series called the Countess of Scandal and that was a wonderful book so I was extremely happy about being able to review Laurel's Second Book in this series.

Duchess of Sin was well written with wonderful character descriptions which made it easy to get to know each one of the characters that you wouldn't need to read the first book in this series to enjoy this one. Even thou I think it is always good to read them in order you can read Duchess of Sin as a stand alone book. I reed the first book and enjoyed it and now that I have read the second in the seires that was equally as good I can't wait for the third book Lady of Seduction to come out on May 31st 2011.

G. W. Frog and the Circus Lion Review

G.W. Frog and the Circus Lion
By George W. Everett

Details: Children's book, paperback, 32 pages, Ages 4 - 8
ISBN13# 9781449704438

Authors Website: http://www.avodahteachingfellowship.com/

Description:
Larry the Lion is distraught. His looks have changed over the years as he became an old lion. Losing his teeth was a big blow to his ego and inner courage. Along comes an unsuspected friend in the form of a very caring Frog. Along with some other critters from Frog Holler, and some creative genius, they fix up the old lion, restore his courage, and save the day!

My Thoughts:

This was a really cute book and my child enjoyed the story and the wonderfully colored pictures in the book.... We also had fun counting all the animals on the first page and then looking on the last page where the answers were to see if we got them all correct.

I love childrens books that have a lesson in the story for them to learn. This one was all about coming together and helping an old lion. There were a few run on sentences and a few big words but for the most part it was enjoyable and I know when my daughter begins to read she will be able to read this book with little to no problems.

About The Author: (Taken from the back of the book)

Dr. George has written over 20 books on the Hebrew roots of Christianity. He originally wrote the G. W. Frog stories back in the 1980's, but just recently received the courage to have them published. He's married to his wife, Diane, for over 48 years, and they have two sons, David and Jeff. He resides in Mentone, Ca. at the base of the Sierra Madre mountains. He has pastored his church for over 20 years, and is the founder of Avodah ministries.
